Job Overview:

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content across all digital platforms to promote our real estate services, listings, brand identity, and market expertise. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and attracting potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Create engaging content (videos, reels, images, blogs, newsletters) for social media, websites, YouTube, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Film and edit property walkthroughs, agent interviews, market insights, and lifestyle videos.
  • Write compelling and SEO-friendly copy for property listings, blog articles, and website pages.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content posting.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, photographers, and graphic designers to gather content ideas and visuals.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize for engagement and reach.
  • Stay updated with UAE real estate trends, market updates, and content best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a content creator, ideally within the real estate or property industry.
  • Strong storytelling, video editing, and photography skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Drone videography experience.
  • Understanding of the UAE real estate market and customer preferences.
  • Experience in paid advertising content creation (Meta, Google Ads).
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or real estate CMS platforms.
